Denver Daredevils
The Denver Daredevils were a one summer wonder in Roller Hockey International for the 1996 season, likely trying to capitalize on the Avalanche's move to Colorado in 1995. The team had one of the most 1990s looking logos you'll see - some sort of hockey playing X Man - but that was the coolest thing about them. The team was coached by former NHLer and future Winnipeg Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff and had a few guys with NHL experience including Derek Laxdal. Unfortunately that didn't transfer to success on the rink with the team finishing 8-17-0-3 in their only campaign.
