Four defunct Oregon teams, all from Portland, on shirts, hoodies, hats, and drinkware.

Portland was the first American city to play for the Stanley Cup, in 1916, and it has been through a lot of hockey teams since. We make apparel for four of them, in many cases the only apparel that exists for them anywhere.

We're a family-run small business bringing back the designs and the histories of long-lost hockey teams from Oregon and across the US and Canada.

Hockey Teams in Oregon

Oregon's hockey history is Portland's hockey history, and it starts earlier than most people expect.

The Rosebuds

The Portland Rosebuds joined the Pacific Coast Hockey Association in 1914. In 1916 they played the Montreal Canadiens for the Stanley Cup, the first American team to do so, and lost.

A second Rosebuds team played in the Western Hockey League in 1925โ€“26. When that league collapsed, its players were sold east to stock a new NHL club, the Chicago Black Hawks.

Eagles and Penguins

The city's Pacific Coast Hockey League club of 1944 to 1951 played as the Portland Eagles and, for the 1949โ€“50 season, as the Portland Penguins.

The Rage

The Portland Rage played in Roller Hockey International in 1993 and 1994.

Portland has had the junior Winterhawks since 1976. The four teams on this page are gone, and that's the part worth wearing.

Four Oregon teams that don't skate anymore.
