Iowa Hockey Apparel
Two defunct Iowa teams, both from Des Moines, on shirts, hoodies, hats, and drinkware.
Iowa's professional hockey history is mostly a Des Moines story, and for a dozen years it was an International Hockey League story. We make apparel for both names that franchise played under, in many cases the only apparel that exists for them anywhere.
We're a family-run small business bringing back the designs and the histories of long-lost hockey teams from Iowa and across the US and Canada.

Hockey Teams in Iowa
Des Moines spent twelve seasons in the International Hockey League, the old bus league of the industrial Midwest, and went out with a championship banner.
Des Moines: Oak Leafs and Capitols
The Des Moines Oak Leafs played in the International Hockey League from 1963 to 1972.
In 1972 the club was renamed the Des Moines Capitols, and two years later the Capitols won the Turner Cup, the IHL championship. The team folded in 1975.
Des Moines has the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League now. The two teams on this page are gone, and that's the part worth wearing.
Two Iowa teams that don't skate anymore.
