If you are dissatisfied with your order or would simply like to make a return, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact page. We will do our best to make everything right! Please provide photos of any damaged, defective or erroneous products received. 

Apparel & Hat Return/Exchange Policies

Return & exchange timeframes: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be shipped back (postmarked) within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Refer to "extended holiday returns" for our winter holiday return timeframe.  

Extended Holiday Returns: For holiday returns, all orders placed between October 1st and December 31st are eligible for return through January 31st as long as the product is returned in the condition in which it was received.

Return costs: We will refund 100% of the original purchase price net of any discounts. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs except in situations where we provided a damaged, defective or erroneous product. If you received an item that was damaged, defective or otherwise erroneous please provide a picture of the item when contacting us so that we can confirm the issue and provide a prepaid return label. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition (i.e. it is ripped, torn, smelling of smoke, or otherwise damaged), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders 

 

Hockey Jersey Return & Exchange Policies

Hockey Jersey RETURN Policy

  • Returns must be started within 30 days of the jersey's ship date by contacting us at support@vintageicehockey.com. 
  • Extended holiday returns/exchanges: items ordered between October 1st and December 31st are eligible for return/exchange through January 31st. 
  • Customer pays return shipping (unless item was received damaged/defective/in error).
  • Jersey returns for blank jerseys* are not subject to a restocking fee. Jersey must be received back in like new condition to be eligible for refund (i.e. not ripped, torn, smelling of smoke).
  • Custom jerseys** are NOT RETURNABLE unless the jersey arrived damaged/defective or the size/name/number received does not match the order as entered by the customer at checkout. 
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable 

Hockey Jersey EXCHANGE Policy

  • Exchanges must be started within 30 days of the order's ship date by contacting us at support@vintageicehockey.com. 
  • Extended holiday returns/exchanges: items ordered between October 1st and December 31st are eligible for return/exchange through January 31st. 
  • Customer pays return shipping (unless item was received damaged/defective/in error).
  • Exchanges for blank jerseys* are not subject to a restocking fee.
  • Jersey must be received back before a new jersey is shipped.
  • Exchanges for blank jerseys* are subject to availability of a replacement jersey. It may take 2-3 months for back ordered jerseys to arrive in stock. 
  • Custom jerseys*** are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE unless the jersey arrived damaged/defective or the size/name/number received does not match the order as entered by the customer at checkout. It may take as much as 8-12 weeks for us to provide a corrected jersey.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Mystery Jersey RETURN & EXCHANGE Policy

  • Mystery jerseys are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange unless the product was damaged during shipping. 

 

* - Blank jersey is defined as a jersey with no name or number

** - Custom jerseys are defined as jerseys that are given a name and number specific to the individual customer's request as the customer enters these details at checkout.
