Phoenix Cobras

The Phoenix Cobras were part of a massive 12 team expansion for Roller Hockey International during the 1994 season. They had an absolute fever dream of a logo, with a wild looking snake that looks like he picked up some illegal substances in the desert.

The team was decent on the ice, winning 11 of 22 games their first year. Their owner would bail after the first season, and the league decided to keep the team running for the 1995 season. After that, they would be sold and moved to Glens Falls, NY, where they would become the Empire State Cobras.
