Rhode Island Eagles

The Rhode Island Eagles existed for one short year in the EHL, in 1972-73. They played at the Mount Saint Charles Arena (or Brother Adelard Arena), which still exists today on the campus of Mount Saint Charles Academy in Woonsocket, RI. The Eagles were the minor league affiliate of the WHA's Chicago Cougars. Check out for a detailed look at the Eagles' old arena.
